REQUESTER was designed to enable users a simple and effective way to prepare, review and distribute requests for new or changed flight operations. It integrates all key operation departments from the very first idea of flight to its final realization using advanced messaging system. As an integral part of the Caspis Airline Suite it enables the users to simultaneously monitor the current status of their requests in real time or review and analyze their historical lifecycles. Our solution takes advantage of the state-of-the-art multidocument windows technology that offers simple and intuitive access to most complete information. When selecting any of the items in the view mentioned above, the Links view displays all requests that included the flight described in the selected item in the past. The History view includes all events in a lifecycle of the selected request, from its creation to the confirmation of its last recipient. Events are detailed with names and times. The Edit view is divided into several subviews designed to specify and describe the proposed request and its items. The Document view displays requests in the form designed for printing.
